Jean-Claude Fung-Ching Chen: Jean-Claude Fung-Ching Chen is a Chinese chef (Wenzhou, Zhejiang province in China 1951- 2003 Paris).
He was raised in a large family of nine children where he was responsible for cooking. He first grew up in Shanghai, but in 1966 the cultural revolution brought him to Hong Kong where he perfected his art with the greatest Chinese masters.
