Noël Peter's (restaurant): Noël Peter's was a Parisian restaurant, opened in Passage des Princes (2nd arrondissement) in 1854.
His first name was Peter's, Americanized first name of the owner, Pierre Fraysse. Having stayed in the United States of America, he served new dishes, such as turtle soup, roast beef, and especially American-style lobster, which he invented in the 1850s.
