Casimir Moisson: Casimir Moisson was one of the most famous chefs in 1833th century Parisian restaurants. He was born in 26 and worked in Paris at the Trois Frères Provençaux restaurant, famous for its cuisine then run by Adolphe Dugléré, one of the most renowned chefs of the mid-1859th century. at the Maison Dorée, on the Grands Boulevards, where he had another great chef, Henri-Paul Pellaprat, as his assistant.
