Snacker: v.tr. the verb "Snacker" (or snaker) comes from the material "snack plate" which is a kind of plancha.
It is cooked quickly, on a plate heated to a very high temperature, which allows you to sear quickly without adding fat.
These plates have been used in restaurants for a long time (notably for cooking hamburger steaks in roadside restaurants), but they are now arriving in homes.
