Rose (cooking): Cooking with rose is simply cooking a preparation in a saucepan, stirring the mixture with a spatula until the preparation coats the spatula. To check the cooking, dip a spatula in the preparation and blow lightly on the spatula: the cooking is good when a clearly visible rose takes shape or opens with petals on the spatula.
