Sublime: adj. (a word from the Latin sublimis “raised in the air, high”).
“Sublime” describes something which is very high, in the hierarchy of values (moral, aesthetic); who deserves admiration (synonyms: beautiful, divine, elevated, ethereal, extraordinary, noble, perfect, transcendent).
