Glacé : adj. « Glacé » qualifie un produit, un plat, un mets, un ingrédient, une boisson,… qui a été refroidi par de la glace artificielle ou de la glace à rafraîchir ou par un passage plus ou moins long au congélateur.
Un sirop glacé. Un café glacé. Un soufflé glacé.
