After work : “After-work” is an Anglo-Saxon expression recently taken up in France for dinner aperitifs consumed more particularly on sunny days and right out of the office. They are practiced on the terrace, at the bar of major hotels, and why not at home. These are moments of relaxation and discovery, often of drinks and exotic dishes, reminiscent of the holidays. It is true that the dinner aperitif does not require much less preparation than a good dinner.
