Rolle: Rolle is a white grape of Turkish origin which has established itself in the South, notably in the Var, in Corsica under the name of Vermentinu, and in Italy. This is the name given to vermentino in Provence, especially in Bellet, where it produces very fine, aromatic, original, high-class wines.
