Païen: The Païen grape variety is a very old variety originating from Upper Valais, also called Heida or Savagnin Blanc. Ampelographers generally place the origin of Savagnin Blanc in Tramin, in the Italian Tyrol, even if at the end of the last century it was no longer cultivated there.
