Ondenc: Ondenc is a fine and rare white grape variety from the Gaillac region (where it is called blanquette) and the Côtes de Duras; it is increasingly neglected in favor of less original but also less capricious grape varieties (Sauvignon, Sémillon, Muscadelle). On the other hand, it is very widespread in Australia.
