Sauvignon Gris: Typical of Bordeaux, the Sauvignon Gris grape variety results from the gray mutation of Sauvignon Blanc with a slightly pink color when ripe. This variety gives powerful and full-bodied wines with elegant aromas of flowers and Muscat.
It is also called Sauternes or Blanc Fumé in Nièvre, Ahumat in Béarn and Fié in Poitou.
