Papa Doble: Papa Doble is an alcoholic cocktail made from rum and maraschino. It was created for the writer Ernest Hemingway by Constantino Ribalaigua Vert at the El Floridita bar in Havana (Cuba) with a double ration of rum, hence its other names: "Daïquiri como Papa or Hemingway Daïquiri Special".
It is part of the official cocktails of the International Bartenders Association.
Preparation: Beat all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Filter and serve.
