Sinigrin: Sinigrin is a glycosinolate from the heteroside family found in certain plants of the genus Brassicaceae, such as Brussels sprouts, broccoli, wasabi and black mustard seeds. It was isolated from the seeds of the black mustard Brassica nigra in the form of potassium salt.
