Philippe Mille: Philippe Mille is a French chef born in 1977 in Le Mans (Sarthe department). He was first trained at L'Aubergade in Pontchartrain with Jean Bordier, at Drouant with Louis Grondard, at Pré Catelan with Frédéric Anton, at Lasserre then at the Ritz with Michel Roth, at the Scribe and finally for seven years at the Meurice with Yannick Alléno, with whom he won the Bocuse de Bronze at the Bocuse d'Or. He learned the good lessons of all these chefs and knew how to make his honey out of them....
