Le Divellec (Jacques): Jacques Le Divellec is a French chef, born September 15, 1932 in Paris. He is the former owner of the starred restaurant Le Divellec which was considered in its time as one of the best fish restaurants in Paris.
In 2007, he was the first cook to be promoted to Commander of the National Order of the Legion of Honor.
