Christian Bau: Christian Bau is a German chef (Offenburg 1966). He was clerk and then sous-chef at the famous Schwarzwaldstube of the Traube Tonboch hotel in the Black Forest for Harald Wohlfahrt, under whose orders he won the Taittinger prize in Paris in 1996. From 1998, he worked with his marries Yildiz Bau, in Saarland on the banks of the Moselle, and on the edge of Luxembourg, at the Schlossberg in Nennig Perl, a medieval castle which has been associated with a casino and a good hotel...
