Lydia Egloff: Lydia Egloff is a French chef born in 1956 in Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin department). The restaurant La Bonne Auberge in Stiring-Wendel, of which she is chef, had a star in the Michelin Guide from 1990 to 2021.
