Onocleaceae: The family Onocleaceae (or Onocleaceae) is a small family of terrestrial ferns in the order Polypodiales of the class Polypodiopsida.The family may contain from one to four genera of onocleids, consisting of five species mainly in temperate climates of the North.
The four genera are: Matteuccia, Onoclea, Onocleopsis and Pentarhizidium can be included under the genus Onoclea.
