Aléatico: The Aléatico grape is an Italian red grape of the Muscat family. Also used in California, Australia, and Chile. The Italian vineyards are the birthplace of the Aléatico grape. It gives excellent sweet wines which stand out for their pronounced color and aromatic richness. Greek ancestries are reported for this grape variety originating in Tuscany.
