Vitamin B8: Vitamin B8, corresponding to biotin, is a water-soluble vitamin still often called coenzyme R, vitamin H, or vitamin B7 in many countries, especially in Germany or in Anglo-Saxon countries (in the latter, the vitamin B8 is an erroneous name for AMP, while in France vitamin B7 improperly designates inositol, these two compounds having no relation to each other or to biotin).
