The verb “drag” has several meanings:
I) Transitive verb:
1. Shooting after yourself (a vehicle or any object).
The car was dragging a caravan.
Move by pulling behind you without lifting.
- Quote from the French novelist Henri Bosco (1888-1976): "I dragged a chaise-longue near the fireplace".
The victim's body was dragged several meters.
