Godaille: nf The godaille is the part of the fishing left by the fisherman boss to his sailors, (in addition to their share, which will be paid on their salary, for those who work on a share basis). It is normally made up of fish, shellfish and crustaceans which could not normally, because of their quality, be presented at auction. It sometimes corresponds to a specific percentage of the catch. The scull is regulated, by weight. It may be subject to business control.
