Overflow: verb (word coming from dé- and de bord).
The verb “overflow” has several meanings:
I) Intransitive verb:
1. Spilling some of its contents overboard.
River, river which overflows at the time of floods.
The bathtub overflows, closes the faucet.
Full glass to overflow.
Figurative phrase: It's the drop of water that makes the vase overflow, the painful little thing that is added to the rest and that makes it impossible to bear the whole thing (The cup is full).
