Bolée: nf A bolée is a small bowl without ears, sometimes with a handle, often in earthenware or glazed terracotta, of variable capacity, in which cider is traditionally served. In the Cotentin, it takes the name of "moque".
The word "bolée" also designates the contents of the bowl.
