Sirop de sucre : locut. Le sirop de sucre est utilisé dans les conserves de fruits frais, dans certaines pâtisseries (babas, savarins, baklavas et autres pâtisseries orientales) et pour confectionner certains cocktails (blanc gommé, Ti'punch).
