When you get up ... Water and a lemon juice if possible.
- Breakfast :
Water, coffee, tea, herbal tea, semi-skimmed milk
+ (either of the choices below)
- Wholemeal bread or poop with light butter (*).
- fromage blanc skinny or lean cheese (30% maximum fat!) or 1 œuf
- Cereals "Slimming" (not those of your children coated with miel ou chocolate !)
+ semi-skimmed milk
+ sweetener if desired.
- Snack: Fruit seasonal fresh or berlingot of fruit juice or fruit in conserve naturally (not naturally syrup)
+ Water
- Lunch (kind sandwich for work) :
Wholemeal bread, toast, potatoes, rice, pasta, semolina (only one of these starchy foods)
+ light butter (*) or 1 tbsp of oil or light mayonnaise (*)
+ lean cold meats (ham, roast cold, chicken, turkey, smoked meat ... without the fat)
and / or lean cheese (maximum 30% fat)
and / or tuna, salmon, shrimp, sardines, mackerel... naturally (1 to 2x per week)
and / or 1 egg prepared without fat.
+ Minimum 150g of vegetables (the potato is not a vegetable) or soup without fat and without starchy.
+ water, herbal tea
- To taste :
Verbena grog
Vanilla cream, milk rice… (Semi-skimmed milk sweetened with sweetener after cooking)
ou fromage blanc lean + fruit +sweetener
ou yogurt skinny fruits
or maximum once a week one pastry (125g maximum) or equivalent
+ water, coffee, tea, herbal tea ...
- Dinner (type meal taken at home):
Soup prepared without fat or starch
125 to 150g of meat without apparent fat
or 200g of fish (Twice a week if possible) or shellfish
or 2 eggs
(+ 1 level tablespoon of fat for cooking)
+ minimum 250g of vegetables (the potato is not a vegetable)
(+ Butter light (*), crème fraîche light (*), mayonnaise light (*), oil for seasoning vegetables)
+ 60g of rice, pasta, semolina or 2 potatoes the size of a œuf or maximum 150 g of French fries Once a week
+ water
(No dessert).
