Yuzu : Le yuzu est un agrume originaire de l'est de l'Asie, (famille des Rutacées - Nom botanique : Citrus ichangensis × Citrus reticulata var. austera), aussi nommé Citrus ×junos (Siebold ex-Tanaka) (japonais 柚子, 柚 ユズ, yuzu ; coréen 유자, yuja ; chinois : 日本柚子, rìběn yòuzi, « youzi japonais »).
