Lamb's-quarters: Lamb's-quarters (family Chenopodiaceae - Botanical name: Chenopodium album L.), or Ansérine blanche, is a species of annual plant. Very present in cultivated places, it is native to Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, and naturalized in other regions. It is often one of the first plants to colonize freshly worked soil. The plant owes its name to its whitish green crow's feet leaves.
