Schénante: The lemongrass (or lemongrass) is the other name of lemongrass (or lemongrass from India or Madagascar), which is a tropical herbaceous plant (Poaceae family, ex Grasses - Botanical name: Cymbopogon citratus), cultivated for its aromatic stems and leaves with a lemon flavor.
It also produces an oil that is used in Asia for cooking with a wok.
