Round kumquat : The round kumquat is also called Marumi kumquat (family of Rutaceae – botanical name: Fortunella japonica). He has a bark fresh, with a chair very acid.
Like other kumquats, it is a fruit rich in vitamin A et vitamin C, and that we can eat frais, with his bark, or transformed, in the form for example of candied fruits or marmalades. The round kumquat, (Fortunella japonica) as its name suggests, is first distinguished from Fortunella daisy by the roundness of its fruit and by its slower growth.
