Guindilla (chili): Guindillas are small green peppers (family Solanaceae, like tomato and tobacco) from Navarre (Basque Country) which are preserved in wine vinegar. Slightly spicy, they are traditionally served with local charcuterie and tapas. The guindillas also accompany cold meats or mixed salads.
See Ibarra pepper.
