Peppered dulse: Peppered dulse is a red algae (Rhodophyceae family – Botanical name: Osmundea pinnatifida), Its color is reddish brown and it is fern-shaped, with a peppery, iodized taste (we find a little that of the oyster ). Its fragrance is irresistibly reminiscent of truffles. Its texture is also surprising. There is corn salad. This is a bit reminiscent of the small cartilages that we consume, for example, when we eat pork snout.
