Corn flour: Corn flour is a flour obtained by dry grinding of corn kernels.
Depending on the degree of fineness of the grinding of the corn grains we obtain (from the thickest to the finest) hominys, gritz (beer malt), semolina, flour or starch which constitute a staple food in many regions of the world and which can be used as much for making bread as for other dishes, such as Mexican tortilla or Italian polenta.
