Coconut sugar
Coconut sugar: Coconut sugar is a sugar produced from the flower of the coconut palm. It is an unrefined sugar obtained by crystallization of the sap from the stems of the flowers of the coconut palms. Compared to other sugars (beet, sugar cane, agave) it is the most ecological production. The coconut palms remain in place and continue to give flowers which will be used to produce coconuts, sugar, alcohol and / or vinegar.
