Charroux mustard: Charroux mustard (*) is a registered trademark of mustard. The production of Charroux mustard is obtained by crushing white mustard seeds with the addition of a verjuice (diluted vinegar, spices, salt). In the final phase, the white wine from St Pourçain, a Sacy grape, gives it all the flavor.
(*) Charroux is a French commune, located in the Allier department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
