Bolivian cilantro: Bolivian cilantro (or in the local language quirquiña or killiou or papalo) is a plant native to South America of the Asteraceae family (botanical name: Porophyllum ruderale).
It is a shrub 1,3 m high and 50 cm in diameter whose leaves are used which give off a strong, musky odor vaguely reminiscent of coriander, to make spicy sauces and in particular llajua.
