Orzo: Typically Italian product, orzo is often roasted barley (orzo tostato).
Orzo with its very particular taste is cooked in many ways depending on the regions of Italy: In salad with mozzarella and candied cherry tomatoes, in risotto (orzotto), as an accompaniment with garlic and peppers or quite simply with meat juice.
