Anaheim (chili): nm Anaheim chili is a very common chili in Europe. Also known as California pepper or green pepper, it looks a lot like New Mexico pepper. It can be up to 15cm long and up to 1,5cm in diameter. Green in color, it develops the most aroma when roasted. Use for stews, sauces and stuffed peppers.
