Multisensory: adj. “Multisensorial” qualifies something (analysis, approach, judgement, experience, etc.) which concerns several senses simultaneously or which operates on different sensory modes of perception.
When tasting a wine, multisensory analysis uses sight, smell and/or taste. to determine all the organoleptic qualities of the wine.
