Yong tau foo (Chinese cuisine): Yong tau foo is a Hakka (*) Chinese culinary preparation of tofu stuffed with minced meat or fish paste, eaten with sauce or served in soup.

This dish is found in China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, and in cities where there is a Teochew (**) or Minnan (***) community.
