Veripalttu (Finnish cuisine): Veripalttu (literally: bloodthirsty) is a traditional Finnish dish made from blood.
Pig's blood or blood powder, rye flour, beer, onions, sugar syrup and salt, among others, are used to make this kind of blood clots.
In Finland, Verpalttu is also known as: pull, rössi, rössy, rössö, rössypottu, porvakas, prettu and roppana.
