Seffa (Moroccan cuisine): Moroccan specialty, seffa is a sweet and savory dish made with vermicelli (angel hair) or durum wheat semolina, steamed and decorated with cinnamon powder, raisins (called sbibs) or dried apricots and whole or slivered almonds or walnuts and often sprinkled with icing sugar.
We serve seffa as a main course with poultry meat (chicken, pigeon, etc.).
