sarmale (Romanian cuisine): The sarmale or sărmaluțe or varză umplută are a dish traditional Romanian et Moldovan, true National dish.
This is a cabbage make us or a paupiette cabbage, composed of a leaf de cabbage sour Type Cabbage kale à sauerkraut stuffed with minced meat de porc and rice mixture with vegetables, onions, champignons and Team aromatic herbs as the sarriette (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) and the dill. The sarmale are traditionally cooked stacked in a can en terracotta in a mixed de broth and tomato sauce. A brown sauce called rântas made of all-purpose flour andonions, is often added at the end of the preparation. Sarmale are usually served hot with a bowl of sour cream (crème fraîche) along with mămăliga (porridge de corn flour).
The term Sarmale also designates vine leaves stuffed, and generally any dish of stuffed leaves.
En Moldova, it is only one dish among many, but in Romania it has acquired the status of National dish to the point of becoming the object of historical, mythological, nationalist and nutritional fantasies.
