Rice balls: "Rice balls" (English words meaning "rice balls"). These are dumplings made from sticky rice, vegetables, tofus imported from Japan. They compete with meatballs and other keftas and in Europe croquettes.
The Italians call them “arancinis” which are filled with various fillings (meat, rice, tomato, vegetables, etc.)
