Ravioli al plin (pasta): Ravioli al plin (or ravioli del plin) are small ravioli stuffed with beef, originating in Piedmont, region of northern Italy (See map below).
Cooked in broth, they are then flavored with garlic, olive oil, sage and rosemary.
They are prepared with cheese (parmesan) and black (or white) truffles and fresh spinach.
