Soup: A soup (word coming from “pot” or “vegetables cooked in a pot”) is a liquid dish served most often hot in soup plates, at the start of a meal, mainly in the evening, at dinner.
But the word "soup" was once used to designate vegetables; vegetables which today make up the richness of the vegetable gardens of our regions.
