Panaché: In cooking and baking, a panaché is a mixture of two or more ingredients of different colors, flavors or shapes: panaché of fish, vegetables, fruits, etc.
In some countries (particularly in the Maghreb) the term shandy is used to designate a drink or fruit cocktail made from milk, avocado and various fruits: banana, pomegranate, orange, strawberry, lemon, kiwi, etc.
