Natillas (Spanish cuisine): Natillas is a cream dessert of Spanish origin. More liquid than crème brûlée, but thicker than custard, it is made with milk, egg, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
It is often served with a whole or crumbled Maria biscuit.
