Nan gyi Thoke (Burmese cuisine): Nan gyi Thoke (Burmese: နန်း ကြီး သုပ်, also written nangyi Thoke*) is a dish or salad in Burmese cuisine, made of thick rice noodles arranged in a circle and mixed with a curry chicken breasts specially prepared in chilli oil.
(*)Thokes are similar to Burmese salads that combine cooked and raw ingredients.
